          Amazing that they will run 180 degrees out . I bought a 2.4 with a new head fitted but guy could not get it running nice , it sounded like a bag of nails being banged on a steel sheet roof . Checked timing and spoke to Koi who confirmed timing 180 degrees out . Ran fine with timing corrected .
          Not now as it is being sold off as parts .

            That's what I eluded to earlier on in this thread. The motor will run when the timing's out, it just won't run right. It's like when you get the plug leads on a petrol motor mixed up, it'll run, just won't run right.

            But then, as has been pointed out before, wtf do I know...
