Will do Alan, although the thump was definitely at the front end as it started to come out of the bomb hole.

It was definitely the front end Alan. Driving out of the bombhole from the drivers point of view is a matter of faith. It just looks like a wall of granite in front of you, and and front overhang catches on it. Bullbars / A-bars tend to just touch the 'wall' before the nose starts lifting, then the truck gets more and more and more vertical. You cant see where you're gonna pop out til you're out!

Its fun! I did it in the dark last year, now that is SCARY!
