Not perhaps a great title for thread but looking for your opinions.
Over last few weeks I'm waking in the early hours from 2-4 AM for no particular reason that I can see.
Its not a toilet visit, and theres nothing noisy in the neighborhood at that hour,
I don't drink or smoke and haven't in years now, no change of diet or behaviour!
Nothing untoward in my life at home or work thats bothering me, so was wondering how many of you suffer similar broken sleep, and what if anything you take for it
