Has anyone ever camped in the back

Hi i have not got round to using it yet but one of my SURF,s is a camper van according to the registration document and it has a cooker/sink/ fold out bed in it.

I'm planning on doing some Surf camping over the summer holidays. I'm 6'1", and I have already worked out that I can sleep in the back fine if I lie slightly diagonally. I'm also going to sort some form of curtains to maintain a bit of privacy and warmth. Add in a leisure battery and inverter and I reckon I'll be set for a couple of good nights.

i have a air bed but it is a bit to big for the surf rolls up the sides but if your on your own thats fine!

you can get one that is fitted to the floor plan of the surf looks great but bit expensive from memory!

I got two sun loungers (the older type that are like fold out metal frame camp beds) from a car boot sale for a fiver. cut the legs so they fit over the wheel arches and the two of them fit perfectly side by side either to sleep on direct or put an air bed on top.
