Get a Tom Tom
I have had 2 of them (first one got stolen)
I have used other peoples sat navs and not liked them and have found the tom tom to be user friendly and quick at giving alternative routes etc.
(nothing worse than waiting for the sat nav to calculate a new route)
Its personal preference but i think for a quick and easy sat nav the tom tom is better. especially if you are not too great at technical gizmos! If it can be broken it can be fixed

I always thought this looked pretty tasty: http://www.road-angel-gps.co.uk/road...turer-7000.htm
It has TOMTOM like mapping/navigation/routing, and has MemoryMap so great for both on and off road adventures!!

I like that it has no additional buttons, whats the point in touch screen and then having loads of additional buttons.
The OS mapping didn't look that clear! does anyone on here have one?
Sounds strange considering that i dont like road maps, But i do prefer OS maps to digital maps. I like being able to see the whole map.If it can be broken it can be fixed
