Jeff Wayne did - if you look down the page on the Amazon link, you'll see the track lists, and Richard Burton is on them, doing the voice bits - all from the original WOTW soundtrack....

Are you referring to soundtrack as just the songs from, or the narration and songs, on CD/DVD?

It's the 1989 'Eve Of The War Remix' and as Musurfer correctly stated it's by Jeff Wayne. I may have it in my collection, I'll take a lokk.

Yep definitely got that, it has the Richard Burton narration at the beginning though and it's 9 minutes long. Let me know if you want it and we'll figure out the best way to get it to you, preferably Windows Messenger as it's great for sending files.

Good album! i had (maybe still have) the original vinal double album, would'nt mind getting it on CD tho now you mention it, nobody tops Burton for narration, used to have the old radio broadcast one (Orson Wells) that pirate was on about, it certainly put the wind up the yanks, comeing in the midst of countless B movie Si-fi films it's easy to see why i guess
