Cracking stuff, i got the original (copy) from the old time music club on ebay,
(along with original popeye cartoons, all Norman Wisdoms and George Formby's films) sad or what? i love em tho and all those old si fi B's much better than the computer generated stuff nowadays, it's good but it aint got the magic of those old sepia B&W films

I still love the day the earth stood,still too popeye, and as for all Norman Wisdoms and George Formby's films, i watched em as a kid mate and if was on tv would watch em, as these guys were real Hollywood actors not like the crap u get these days
Good album! i had (maybe still have) the original vinal double album, would'nt mind getting it on CD tho now you mention it, nobody tops Burton for narration, used to have the old radio broadcast one (Orson Wells) that pirate was on about, it certainly put the wind up the yanks, comeing in the midst of countless B movie Si-fi films it's easy to see why i guess
i think ive still got the original broadcast with orsen wells m8 i'll see if i can find it for you if you like
