This thing is doing my nut in.
Put up a copy of the oil spec chart for the MKIV, (mines the MKII, but same should apply), and it's confusing me a damned sight more each time I look at it.
Working on their spec, the single grade SAE 30 is for temperate climes, so that one ain't gonna be the best option, but does that also mean that a 20/50 grade would be the same? i.e: it starts at the correct viscosity, but is it going to be too thin when it warms?
