Take them both off. It will work better off road.
    IMHO

Trev is correct not needed for MOT
I have LC springs on the back and 5" of lift 33" tyres so she sits 6" above stock. I have no ARBs fitted. I get more body lean but then I don't chuck it around on the road. It helps with flex when off road.

I believe you can take it off, and it won't affect the MOT.

However no country lane sports car runs as the truck may sway more.
Look out Eastbourne, the Pandas are coming !

As said before it takes the flex out on corners, never tried without

            1. To reduce body roll
            2. Yes
            3. That's a matter of opinion. The truck will be more comfortable and more stable with it on but will work fine with it off.

i would imagine it would affect your insurance if you were to tell them though. not that i would personally but just a thought case your the sort of person that might worry

Am I correct in believing that the way insurance works has changed recently, however, in so much as the insurance company has to prove that any alterations specifically caused, or were partially to blame, in any mishap?

Some insurance companies ask if it is stardard production line spec so to speak, if a stadard part has been done away with like an anti roll bar and you had an accident then i'am sure an insurance company would love to try and screw you. but prob very hard to prove
