Right guys ive sorted it!!!, i took the earth lead off the gearbox and sprayed with WD40 and refitted n she running sweet as a nut!!!! Tiger its a small black lead comes from starter motor, try it!!! Im soooooo happy

I had a very similair problem. Took me weeks and I cured it by mistake. I was reaching for a solenoid and had to lift the wiring loom when I did this the engine ran sweet when I let it go sack of poo. So I simply cable tied it to the higher posisition. Not had a problem since.

ive got work 12 till 9pm. but mines still not drivable, i cant get all the air out the system and its giving constant smoke

The cooling system can be fine on some and a sod on others, with regards to the smoke is there any possibility the timings one tooth out or has it been stood a while and just need a good blast

been stood 4 weeks, its a pale whiteish grey smoke but someone whos aw it sed may be condensation
