You'd best look for one from a breaker, unless you can get new bearings from Toyota, which in all honesty wouldn't surprise me, as these trucks were built old skool, ie to be repaired and maintained.
If the bearings arn't available through Toyota, then I'm sure if you can get the unit out, someone here will know which bearings will fit it, and may even know someone who can do it for you.
Check the parts/breakers for sale section, see if somebody's got one.
Thats what I thought. You dont need any equipment. If you get a reply, you know what the problem is. What have you got to lose?
