Ha ha they tried too - Not sure if it's been amended in the last few years but apparantly you can kill a welshman wiht an arrow after midnight if they are within the city walls.

Hatefull things.

Well there's still a law (think it's still current) preventing welsh people from being within the city walls when it's dark. So only right that you can that you can shoot them with an arrow

As I remember Ian, it was caused as he showed a young lady to some toilets when she fell, so not only does he cause "Chaos" he can repair it aswell ....
