        Hah! Don't knock them, with the same tyres on your truck and the Jimny, and it will out offroad a Surf virtually anywhere . Its just a modern SJ, and plenty of them have embarressed people who have spoken without finding out first.

          too right then sj 410 are out of this world off roaders
          i have been put to shame a few times by them sj 410

              err no it's not....!

              In standard form a Jimny is pretty pants, you cannot even fit MT's without modding it first, the SJ is still fantastic by modern standards in basic form.

              Spend about £1500 on mods for a jinmy and THEN it's the modern SJ....

              I have seen a few in our club (formally Surrey suzuki)
              Nissan Patrol for on-road, and a Land-Rover 110 shed for off-road :-)
