oh for the days when i can afford to spend money on the truck
(being the pope ain't all that well paid these days)
THAT is a sexy tyre mate!

during my investigation months - Ive found a surf running 35x12.50 on a 4" pro comp lift - nothing more!

An also seen a pickup running 35x10.50 Intercos at STOCK height!

Id say a 4" lift an maybe some tw*ting of anything that gets in the way an those on stock type offset rims would be fine an dandy!!

In case you aint - search 'pizza cutters' on yotatech

            Hi Rod,

My 2.4 is so shyte with 33's on that I only ever run them when I am going off road. Its not just the diameter that gets you - go and try and pick one of those muthas up!!

You will need to regear if you are leaving them on.

BTW - They will look awesome when assembled.

            You lucky get!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yours was one of the posts i read an re read mate. You seem to know your stuff so i hold your opinion in high regard!! (for what thats worth!!!)

Ive spoken with GWH (again - thanks for your time mate ) an he told me what he felt about the increase to 33's.

I am fully expecting them to suck every ounce of life outta my engine! Im going to be doing the intercooler soon (for what little it may help its still worth trying right? )

If its still really bad - I'll give diesel bob a call an get bobbox - Apache reccomends them dont he?

3.0 on 33x13.5 muds, on the road, I get about 230 miles to a tank on a long trip. Dunno what that works out at (and nor do I want to!), but its not great. Bigger tyres on a 2.4 is gonna be mucho-agony!

I know its going to suck - but i do sooo few miles a year, My insurance is set for 3000 miles a year!

If it drops to 20, even 15mpg. Its still not the average 13mpg of the Dodge Ram! My dream truck! If i hate owning my surf which i totally adore with poor fuel theres no way a Ram would work!

Cuz' it would be jacked up on BIG tyres - probably single figures! ...

think i might join a smart car forum

Looking good m8. Wait till u see the tyre fitter pump air into them, they look even cooler with life in them.
Also, picked my puncture repaired tyre up this afternoon. So all is well.

Oh yeah. If u come to monster truck weekend, we can take turn towing u, that way u can keep up with us. hehe.
