As you get Older you are more concious & more aware of Risks but that is NORMAL, I never had trouble as a kid but being an Adult i rode MOTOX Bikes & did TAEKWONDO & it punishes your body. Relax & you'll be fine Ive had UMBILICAL HERNIA & Cartlidge done in the last 5 years & its a breeze.
Just dont overdo it when you're in recovery.
    GOOD LUCK!

Thon wee chippy in Pitenweem, that's the best fish supper I've ever had. And the church and the houses round about it in St Monans are lovely.

Yeeesss, the fish suppers are great - I almost said that in my last post! And there's an ice-cream shop just along the street.

I always go to the Xmas candlelit midnight service at St Monans church, it's a beautiful place.

I forgot about the Ice-Cream shop!

Last time I was over I went to the Anchor Inn in Pitenweem, I remembered it different to what it is now. Wasn't too impressed, maybe caught it on a bad day?

Got me yearning now. First good day I'm going to blast the SV1000 over to Largo, have a bowl of chips and a pint from the Crusoe on the pier, heaven...

I don't hate Dentists Per-Se, I just have an aversion to pain.

You'll be fine girl, chat 2 em beforehand it does help to settle ya a bit.

I had 2 generals in the last couple of years and i was ok on the first and really nervous about the 2nd which is a bit the wrong way round as the 2nd was within 16 hours of being rushed into hospital, but as soon as i knew i was having an operation i got really nervous, the 1st was non-emergency so i knew about it for months beforehand and didn't get nervous at all. I was a pain in the arse to wake up aswell apparently...

Hey Bird! People find it difficult to wake me ALL of the time! Do you see me getting worried?

You'll be fine! Hospitals spook me too, but they're full of highly trained guys and gals who know their job. You're safe in their hands, and you'll be back on here afterwards wondering what the hell you were worried about.
