        Not sure how they're fitted though. Presumably you cut the mounts to the length you require and then they're welded to the chassis rails? Need to find someone who can weld well. No offence Dave (if you're lurking) but I'm sure you wouldn't want to take on a welding job where there's gonna be so much weight resting on the welds.

        The one's Woodzies got clamp around the chassis rails.

          agreed - they need a very competent welder to fit, i'm sure there are some posts discussing pros/cons of clamps/welding

            but when you got long rear suspension travel jacking the car can still leave
            the wheel on the ground, so that LIFT MATE would be good. but so simple
            to make just need ratchet straps hooks with 1 and half foot of strap itself
            and tie. there you go your very own LIFT MATE

            i would over lape the straps and tie

            c--x======x--c sort of like that

                With a conventional jack maybe, but a 4ft farm jack would either lift it, or roll it over. Either would work.

                  the first bit was on about jacking off rock sliders or side of truck stating that
                  if you got shit loads of suspension travel and no ARB on the back wheels
                  could be possible to not get rear wheel much off the ground even with
                  hi lift jack, thats why i was pointing out the LIFT MATE was good idea

                  i no how high they lift i got1
