Lighter?

My lighter in my Surf is not working (not good if you use SatNav). I was told that it could be just the fuse or the unit itself. Now the question is, where do I find the fuse for the lighter??

Under the steering wheel to the right me thinks, if not it's in engine bay driver side, is our radio still working?

Note that most surfs cut power to the lighter socket unless the ignition key is set to either AUX or ON

I tried to use the SatNav while i was driving but it was not charging through the lighter at all...

OK.... I looked in the fuse box on the driver's side and the fuse box under the bonnet and no fuse for my lighter????

Now what???
