Silicon snorkel????

I've looked at the page below which shows a good way to build your own snorkel. Looks far better than a Safari etc to my eyes. I was looking on ebay for parts to do it and thought about all the silicon hoses on there.

Any thoughts???????

Neither need painting but silicon would be flexible if it met a tree.

its taken me all morning,but a 4x4srus 'spy' has managed to get me a pic of ian's 'slightly scratched bumper.they say a light spray with some aerosol paint and it will fit a treat.(but they may need to charge you an extra £400 labour for the tin of paint)

A snorkel made in silicon hose would be more expensive than just buying a Safari or TJM. Decent silicon hose is megabucks!
