the winch bumper itself has 6 holes for mounting onto the chassis,these holes being elongated,so you can reduce the size of the gap between the top of the bumper and the body work,if you have a body lift.the winch frame mirrors this mounting arrangement,but the fit is described as 'snug'
so a little application of big hammer and angle grinder is probably called for
