    bugga,i can see that now,rick can you do me a favour and turn the plate round 180 degrees on the manifold so that the bottom two holes now go to the top and take a pic.or are they even further out.

      as far as i can see rick the adaptor kits we have are for the 20r/22r engine,not the 3y engine,so it looks like i will be fabricating some base adaptors to fit the top plates.i cant find any references for the 3y engine on any of the weber sites.

        Turning the plate 180 makes it worse and the carb fits wrong. I may drill out grind out the manifold to see how it goes . If you do make a plate I'll buy one off you.
