Well, I live 10 minutes away, and I can't for the life of me figure out why people actually pay good money to go to Blackpool for a holiday. It really is that cr@p!.

I'm swapping my surf for a LR. Been lookin at replacing it for a while now ans a wee swb 90 was the job.

OK, there has been some interest raised in doing the (now) annual run through Blackpool Illuminations.

The lights are on until the 4th of November. As I am away that weekend, I suggest the weekend before to give everyone as much time as possible to be available.

Sooo, here is the initial plans:
Saturday 27th October or Sunday 28th - which ever suits more members
Meet up at the McDonalds on Squires Gate Lane around 7pm.
Head up through the lights when everyone is ready.
For those that want a double dose, we turn around and do them the other way round.

So, add your name to the list, and state which is the preferred date:



P.S. Friends and family are more than welcome irrespective of what they drive (even Green oval owners, although they will have to follow at least 100yards behind )

OK I did want to do lights run, but cant do 27th as in Tenerife and at a christening the week after. I know its short notice, but if we get enough takers, is 20th any good ????

This years run to the lights look like a none starter very sad I have been on all of them and i wil still be going even if i am on my own cos i am a big kid and i love the lights.

Come on this is the 4th year of the lights run lets not give it up.
