I've had three items from Roughtrax and three from Milners. All the items arrived next day, well wrapped and in perfect condition. I guess it's just one of those things when some orders go missing. In my case it's been so far so good with both of those suppliers.'Tis better to sting than to be stung!

I've had 4 orders with Roughtrax in the last month. All delivered to my work address next day.
The problems usually stem from the couriers. Bunch of sharks the lot of them. Given the choice I'd usually prefer to deal with the Royal Mail, of them all I reckon they're the ones I've had least problems with.Paul </Slugsie>

I've had a fair bit of stuff from r/trax and milners and have never had a problem with either.The only problem i did have and that was from the +2" lift springs i got thru r/trax but actually came from explorer and when i rang and spoke to Barry about one of the springs had sagged he got it all sorted for me and explorer sent out 2 new springshttps://www.facebook.com/groups/henpals/

I've nerver had any problems regarding couriers or delivery, it's roughtrax sending only half of the kit they list. I've spent a lot of money with them in the past and all has been well except for this one order. Anyway i'm going to give them a call tomorrow to sort it out.http://www.apspropertyfix.co.uk/

This service issue is a widespread sign of the times.
I know little of Roughtrax as in fact any number of suppliers
that pick over my credit card each month,
Couriers in general though I do know,
and a failed delivery
is the same wherever it happens,
because it immediately gets a question mark placed next to it
which means its akin to herpes and best kicked into a dark corner
and forgotten about.
Its only when it can't be ignored any longer, its flung onto a spare van and
suddenly becomes A SPECIAL ....
which is exactly why my Clutch bargain
turned up on the doorstep at Nine PM unnanounced
