    Okay guys the gas test found NO probs YES!!!!!
    Took the fan off and split it and put 3 bolts in to stop it from spinning (or not as it was stiff cold or hot).Found the rad drain off tap was also dripping, sorted that.Also by past the rear heater.
    Got it up to temp with cap off and left it ticking over for half hour.
    Took it for a run, the same way as yesterday and low and behold the temp didnt move. So it looked like the fan all a long (i hope) Going to take it a good run to morrow just to be sure. We will see.
    Cant believe how relieved i am.....thanks for all the info guys, with out you i would have gone MAD!!!

              I`ve had a $$$$ day thinking about you and your poor head! (and when mines gonna go). Glad to hear it`s not as I know you`ve just spent a load on mods.

                A up Chris, me thinks me will get some sleep to night.

                Nearly as bad as havin one of the kids poorly. Pew! hope thats the last of it just about gone round the twist. lol
