Ian, It's 640 x 318, not sure which one I will be fitting, until I have them. By the size of your dimensions it looks like I'll be doing the centre mount with the Subaru vent.
They had a smaller one that finished on Friday. Search for completed items and see the dimensions.

ive still got a length that I started using. hopefully Ill get a mate to bend pipes for me so Ill just use straight pipe for joining them all together

51MM - 45MM ID 90° ELBOW REDUCER SILICONE HOSE
45MM (1 3/4") ID 90° ELBOW SILICONE HOSE
2MM ID SILICONE VACUUM TUBING 2 METRE
2 x JUBILEE HOSE CLIPS - 45 TO 60MM

I can't find 45mm hose joiners, and how much pipe will I need to join it all together? My intercooler is from a Shogun, with 45mm in/outlets.

Had a look at those and they wont cover the hole! pity, the one on sale at demon treeks is the same size as the one your fitting, just right,Just out of interest what do did type in when searching for this, i typed in, bonnet scoops, hood scoops, air vents, and non of the stuff you got come up, WTF am i doing wrong,

You'll prob have to go for the 48mm, hose should give a bit, (thats wot they told me anyway)
Lucky sod! you did'nt have to get much of it did ya, my lot come to over a hundred friggin quid, and i still need the turbo inlet and air ducting to the filter,

no idea how much you need mate im rubbish at making stuff :P
I couldnt event fit me new airhorn without cable ties (onto the master cylinder!)

what do you need? 45mm pipe to join the silicone pipes up?

Good for you Ian, that's a good deal.
I need to get the 2" lift kit then fit the lot.
