i know, been trawling through it for an hour or so now and i'm just getting bogged down in it all......lazy sod that i am, i was hoping someone could just give me a definitive answer. top-mounted, 2 short hoses and no fan if possible

I live in an old NUCLEAR WARHEAD STORE with 18" hardened steel doors so you've got no chance

For what it's worth i reccon you really need a fan on it for the slow traffic start/stop driveing, the rad's bound to get hot in those situations and so defeating the object in my opinion, i fitted the below and i'm hopeing it does the trick, (when i get a changover relay that soddin works)
