Woodzie, exempting his own vehicle, has killed a head, two turbos and various other parts I can't remember offhand.

Andy has managed what? A bash plate, and ironically, Woodzie's brakes.

PY is still winning on fatalities from what I can remember.
don't forget me, cc killed my clutch, and i was the last to leave

                      Cool!
Found out what my 'budgie' noise was, the bottom pully had come unstuck and was slipping. Got worse on the way home, the fan was rubbing on my new rad and the fan wasn't turning!

Luckily it happend about eight miles from home which was mostly flat or down hill. I stopped a couple of times to let it cool down a bit and both times the electric fan was on. Sounded like the big ends had gone.

The pulley is in the vice now waiting for the glue to dry. Looking at ways of fixing it permanently. 100 notes for a new pulley????????? no thanks!

Will be spending most of this evening straightening the cooling fins on the rad!

yeah. Made my own puller for the er pulley too!

Blumming thing, the outer ring of the pulley just slipped off, dunno why they couldn't make it as one solid unit, it's not as if the diesel engine revs high is it!
