nope deffo a surf of sorts. its got to be some sort of version that was designed for some other country than our ones were designed for....i don't know....i'm feeling sick now.

i thought someone clever on here would just go "ahhh yes, its this model *insert a link*" then put me out my worries on the subject.

has anyone got a surf with the fuel filler cap on the passenger side?

PLUS i now remember the exhaust pipe exited to the drivers side too!

nope!

it definately was a surf, it had a normal surf (2nd gen) tailgate, and front end, but those oversized boot windows, the filler cap and exhaust on wrong sides (and it didn't look like i modifiers motor) and the fact it looked alot lower, like the difference between a 2WD pick up and a 4WD pick up.

oohhhh sh@g it, my head's spinning now...think i'm slowly turning into Zaphod, nothing makes sense anymore, yet i still do things for a reason that isn't clear to me at all, yet somehow is...
