sledge.im gonna get a nice big wippy ariel to go on the roof.
woodzie.as you can see the parts worked really well,thanks once again mate.and no scrumpy for me just a very nervous hand ,cut a bit remount wing then remove and cut a bit more.did this a bout five times.very scary moment.

when i did it i made a paper tube and put that on the wing drew around it then went from there

ill say so richard.it wasnt just a case of a round hole either because of the rake of the a pillar the hole in the wing had to be oval.i broke three jigsaw blades in the process,and bent the top of the wing too.but i managed to get that out.after about an hour and a half cutting it out bit by bit and a little fettling of the panel it dont look half bad.

That's lookng really neat - I like the weld.

LOL - yeah the butt clenching cutting of the wing moment - Woodzie used scrumpy as lubrication, I used Stella - and I only had to cut a round hole!
