Try grabbing a very long aerial that has been supported by a kite....We had a 400ft aerial up one day with 150watts going into it. You are playing around with the Earths magnetic field and has to be constantly discharged via a 1Meg ohm resistor to deck cos when they flash over you got a luverly crack, its great to watch a cronal discharge from the top of the aerial at night..we were doing this after a few cans of special brew one contest at 3am

It's one of the last of the normal TVs too, Sony Trinitron 29" nicam stereo and all that.
It's like another death in the family, been my mate for nine years that telly, came to me second hand as a gift as the previous owner emigrated to Majorca.
Playing a PS2 on a 15" portable is just not the same. I'm gonna have to take a deep breath and get one of them new fangled LCD or plasmatic thingmybobs now!

Any sugestions on a good (cheap)TV the same size screen so it can fit in the same hole in my chimney breast?

Yup, just gotta lose the CD cupboards on the sides and make a seperate cabinet for them.
