  • Grayston wheel spacers

    Are they any good?

    They seem to be a big name in wheel parts, but their spacers seem a little, erm, cheap compared to roughtrax. (£30 a pair for 30mm)

              Other than 'dont look good', or 'not safe', any info to back that up? Just begrudge spendin extra cash without reason. Happy to go the Tony N or Roughrax route for a sound reason though.

                    Using my non-technical mind, this thread says not to use the bolt-through type and these appear to be those with either the choice of longer bolts or 'stud extensions' which would terrify me to start with.

                    But I may have misunderstood somewhere.

                          You bolt them on to the hubs, then bolt wheels on to them - hence normal loading on the studs rather than twice.
