I'd hide it m8, with that dodgy lock some little bugger might break in and steal it. Alternatively get a pin and a bag of patience ,cut it in half and sit for a long long time picking the seeds out and munching. By the time you get about half way you'll be that pi$$ed off with them you will never buy another. They make great baseball bombs though

Heat gently for about 1 min

Tofu - my advice, throw it away, yukky stuff

Pomegranite - far too much hassle - why do you think they are giving them away

For some reason I've yet to figure, people have such a depraved opinion of me. Little angel I am. Never thought such a thing. Honestly.

To get seeds, cut it in half, whack it hard with a dessert spoon on the back. The seeds hould fall out. Keep cutting / whacking until they're out.

Other than that, pretty useless in cheffery I find.

Try my gourmet fishcakes with a mix of smoked haddock and prawns if you wanna impress the missus. They're lovely!!!

So in other words, keep whacking away until the seeds are out?

You wont be wanting to use a dessert spoon though...

as stated should be able to take a dessert spoon/wooden spoon and just keep hitting the thing until the seeds fall out into the cous-cous after adding hot water to the cous-cous to allow it to swell up and cook
