still doesn't excuse the fact they let the psycho stay at home last night to go on to do what he done this morning!
Well at least some common sense has been seen, he didn't deserve to be charged under those circumstances.

Well at least a moment of clarity as far as MrT is concerned.

Getting your 'nutter' locked up is a little more difficult... loads of signatures needed to get him sectioned. but waving a sword about in a threatening manner ought to be enough... to at least lock him up for a night...

Justice and police action sometimes depends on where you live mate. My daughter lived on a council estate that wasn't rough but a little run down. One night my missus is babysitting and sees a squad of kids with cars drinking loads of cans across the road from the daughters house- missus phones police as lots of toddlers still playing out and fears for their safety. No police! Missus phones again half an hour later and operator asks "How do you know they're drinking?" My missus replies, " I can see them through the window, they're throwing the spent cans into next doors garden!" "Okay", says plods operator, "we'll send a car out." An hour later kids do a nash popped up to the eyeballs and still no plod!

We however live on a nice private estate and our next door neighbours phone plod because some young uns are hanging from a tree in the next garden (not by their necks of course, just climbing in the branches etc). Within 5 minutes not 1 but 2 patrol cars with 4 coppers in arrive and 'disperse' the kids!

Make what you will of that story!

because the estate is still primarily council owned homes, there's probably a different law concerning the people who live on it.

if he'd gone to a fully private estate where the cheapest house cost £400,000 he'd have been taken away immediately.

that is a sad fact. used to semi-joke about that but it's proven to be true.

You have my total sympathy mate!!!

The Police are fuc*ing useless. You get some nutter with a sword (which is bad enough) who is also a sponging foreigner (10 times worse), running around an estate with a deadly weapon and he gets left alone even after trying to break into an old ladies house (I'm surprised the shock never gave her a heart attack) with a hammer, and NOTHING gets done.

Do you know why? Because they are SCARED to deal with that situation, mainly because he is a foreigner and it's not PC to arrest a dangerous foreign nutter.

This tough estate guy needs a really good pat on the back by all the estate locals. You need to get together and arrange that if this happens again, just all turn up at once and put this scum bag into intensive care (because that's what would happen if you did that on one of his countries estates).

My grandad (god rest his soul) was home alone in his bungalow one night when we were at a family members wedding. Some fuc*ing dope head tried to break into his house. He called the Police and they did nothing. We rushed home, and me and my brother went round the estate looking for this wan*er. We were going to do him big style.

Then a few months later, some drugged up sc*m, broke into their house at 3 in the afternoon. My nan went to put some flowers in her bedroom and was confronted by this fuc*ing sc*m wan*er. He assulted my nan and broke her wrist and give her bruises all over (she is 83). My grandad couldn't do a thing as he was confined to a wheelchair. The Police turned up and said they would require a statement a little later. EIGHT weeks later they said there wasn't anything they could do as there was no evidence to get anyone.

Since then my respect for the Police is zero. They are a waste of money and a waste of space. I did 8 years in the Army, and I reckon we should have the Military Police on the streets. These boys wont take any prisoners. They would give the guy a real good kicking, then say he was resisting arrest.

You need to organise a local protection squad that you can call if there is any sign of trouble. If any other nutters try it on, call all these members and get them to sort it out. He wont want to live in the area then. If the Police turn up, nobody saw anything.....

Depends on who you are and who they are, joker. Sometimes it works out, other times people have their property damaged, kids and relatives threatened etc. Or the worst scenario 1 bloke vs 10 little hooded sh*ts with baseball bats. I don't care how hard you are you can't fend off 10 people (unless you have a machine gun of course!)

I was on the alarm callout for a shooting club and about six years ago i got a call from the alarm monitors to tell me that a second trip had gone off and i needed to go to the club 3am on a november morning.
i ask if the police had been called and was told yes, so off i went just a tad worried as we had about 25 guns and about 30,000 rounds of ammo in the armory.
as i got to the club the police ( not a r v ) was parked on the road at the bottom of the drive about 60mtrs from the club, i aked had they had a look about and one of them said no .i asked if they knew that it was a shooting club and they said yes .
I then had to open the gate drive up open a second gate , unlock three locks on the front door , turn of the alarm , open two more secure doors turn on the lights and enter the club .
All this time the police sat in the car and only came up the drive after i came back out .
I am no pushover but i was $$$$ting bricks .
I expected A R V`s , choppers and dogs but got two wooden tops who only stayed for about twenty mins saying i could phone them later for a crime number and left me alone to try to secure the club.
only thing missing was a tin of cash about £70 they said its kids and $$$$ed off.
so from now on i sort everything out myself.
                            i bust things ,, it a skill i have ,,( need help?)

i used to be on the call out list for a shop full of outdoor stuff in the middle of nowhere (about £3 million worth!!) and when i had a call the police always attended because they knew once i'd turned all the bells and whistles off, the would get tea and bickies...
                              it's in me shed, mate.

                                WELL!

guess who's back in his house 2 houses away from mine!!!

                                un-feckin-believable!

bailed or whatever, why isn't he locked up somewhere? he's spent less than 14hours in nick! you'd spend longer than that in there if you were caught littering if you're a white british male who has a job.

i'm not going out tonight because i'm worried to leave my mum at home by herself under these circumstances (my dad works most evenings). my younger brother is staying in too. i'm so fooking p!55ed off with this right now that if anything kicks off again tonight, i swear we're battering the c***!
i swear, it was like that when i got here...
