  • Snoring!

Anyone got an effective cure for snoring? Apparently I snore now and again and it's loud enough to wake up the missus. I said if I snore that loud then I would wake myself up wouldn't I?
Anyhoo, I need to stop it or suffer continual grumpy mornings.

Any advice, cures, potions or even voodoo, I'll try 'em.

    I thank you.

We've got two and they're both too short.
The spare room is full of um, stuff at the moment until I board out the attic. Hence the trip to Wickes today.

the other half says i snore really bad if i lay on my back, front or on my left side and she has to tell me to roll onto my right side so i stop,so it may help if you wake your mrs up ask her in the morning what position you were laying in and try to find a position that you don't snore in and after a while you will get used to sleeping in that position so you wont snore and you can have a peacefull night and a even better morning without her moaning at you

'parantly, I snore on my back, so sleep on my side. You eventually get used to being punched during the night...

you can get a brace thingy that re aligns your bottom jaw. that cures it. and if it doesn't, it makes a good gum shield... also try sewing a marble into the the back of your pyjamas( ) between the shoulder blades...
              it's in me shed, mate.

Try a night out in east Leeds. That'll be sure to involve jaw realignment.
