The only one that applies to me in that list is the sleeping on my back, but I can't get to sleep if I'm on my back!

try those nasal strip things.you just stick them across the bridge of your nose.they worked for me.now all i get is a punch for f@rting in bed.

Anyone got an effective cure for snoring? Apparently I snore now and again and it's loud enough to wake up the missus. I said if I snore that loud then I would wake myself up wouldn't I?
Anyhoo, I need to stop it or suffer continual grumpy mornings.

Any advice, cures, potions or even voodoo, I'll try 'em.

You have to put a pillow over the wifes head then when she is a sleep you can snore as much as you like. Seriously though, from a medical point of veiw snoring could be caused by congestion in the inner ear, which then effects the nose. Try a good decongestant if that fails go to your GP and ask them to check you lug holes out

My missus was snoring constantly. Told her to go to doctor, but she said she would put another pillow on top of the other one and "HEY PRESTO" iT'S BEEN QUIET NIGHTS FOR A FORTNIGHT NOW........

Have the back of the throat lasered. Snoring is caused by your muscles relaxing and the piece of skin at the back of the throat starts to vibrate. Laser creates scaring which tightens this up.

I suppose to snore like a train...apparently when I was kid my parents could here me downstairs....Even gets worse now, especially after a night out on the razz when I really do relax.

Ive just had my tonsils out in a bid to stop snoring, I wouldnt recommend it, it was agony + vat
