I ordered mine on-line, got them two days later!
Unless you have the LC springs, as they seem hard enough to support the truck on corners with only 3000's, but you may still need 9000's on the front.

Thats exactly what I am doing.
Are the steering dampers any good from Explorer, or is there a better 'value' one?

The uprated dampers are Gabrial, the heavy duty are ES1000 shocks and a fitting bracket kit. You'll want the heavy duty for 32" + tyres.
Hey Mushroom man, got all your bits now, come up when every you're ready.

As regards Explorer, when I visited them a few weeks ago, things did seem to be a little chaotic, but haven't they changed ownership recently?
I bought a pair of +2" ES3000 and four 8" chromed lamps which they gave me for the price of the ABS ones (thats about £15 off per lamp!) so perhaps it's better to go there and talk face to face than try to order online.
