    = procomp es9000

well the good news is that they havent sent me the wrong size

the bad is that they havent sent me any

val phoned them this morning to make sure they was sending the right size,
what she got is they are not in and wont be till next month

i cant believe that they didnt have the decency to phone or email to let me know , this is the second time they have let me down ,

feedback to explorer uk is that your customer care stinks

does anyone know where else i can get these shocks or a suitable replacement ??

Only the second time? You're lucky!

I still use them, the shocks are just to good value for money to go anywhere else and they are the sole UK importers. I just get all the bits in stock first, then tell my customer to bring the truck in. Nothing more embarressing than someone dropping their truck off and no parts turn up for days. Been there, done that......

If you order the shocks by part number you can get any lenght with any fitting on each end.
