Is this Surf over priced?

Im looking for another truck, 3litre 2nd gen must have 4" lift 5x 33" b.f.g mt's rear disc conversion, solid axle on front, cant think of owt else at the moment!! anybody want to add anything???

dont want to pay any more than a tenner though!!!

serious though my brother-in-law bought a cavalier in the late 90's it was about six years old and it had less than two thousand miles on the clock.It belonged to and old guy whom bought it from new then he died, his wife just left it in the garage. It cost him a couple of hundred quid, but because it had been sat for a while it needed new tyres all round ( they whent flat on the bottom) full service and a new battery then it ran like a new car.

There is a large difference between voicing your opinion in a straight forward
manner, however, and just being plain arrogant. Whilst Kenny **may** have
bordered upon the 'customer with too high an expectation' level, the initial post
was not aimed directly at you. You could easily have pointed out the flaws in his
argument without going off on one as you did. We all have to deal with awkward
or demanding customers on occasion, but most definitely not using that attitude.
You may be the nicest bloke on earth in everyday life, I have no idea, but if I were
dealing with someone who bore a customer attitude like yours, to put it succinctly,
I would not be dealing with them for long. Take that as you will. I know that if I
personally used that type of attitude towards customers, I probably would no
longer have any customers. There is a subtle difference between correcting
unrealistic expectations, and just being plain ignorant.

all this would be fine if it wasant for one thing the bloke wasant a customer ? and neather ar you , this fact makes your argumet void i think you got to buy somthing first to be a customer ` my real customers ar happy with my atitude and believ me ther ar many`also if you thort my opinion was ignorant thats fine your expresing your opinion` so now lets try and get it right if your going to find fault with what i wrote ` what makes you think i was trying to corect unrealistic expectations or being ignorant ? and what makes you think i dont know the diferance subtle or otherwise? i chose wit` and humour to expres my point of view on his misguided belief in surf dealers` me being one of them also before you say he may have bean a potential customer i had already decided he wasant ` now then as for your take on my atitude i dont think you know me that well to realy form a good opinion of me` and to form an opinion based on a couple of postings on a chat forum would be er? ignorant wouldant you agree aniway i am geting realy disapointed with this you must not say this and you must not say that ` see the funny side for once and have a laugh i think some people here take this forum just a wee bit serious

mr surf. potentially, every 2.4 surf owner on here as well as all these newbies that pop up asking for advice on where to buy are customers of yours.. imagine that... of course you can say what you like, but every time you give us a post like that a percentage of us say 'thanks, but i'll keep looking'.In a way its refreshing to hear someone who doesn't just flannel everyone but it does come across as a little counter productive.
you sell good surfs at good prices, the forum should be beating a path to your door. you may think you are selling plenty, and maybe that you dont actually need to sell any on here, but just stop and think how many more you could sell!

why would they be $$$$d of with me ?i sold loads of surfs right money good service and most wil back me up `i love my surfs dont understand you ? ask any one in real life they all love me its just one or two on here who dont and it dont realy bother me non of them purchased a surf from me but i can tel you this ther is loads in this forum that have done and ar very happy no lol pajeros started of with them years ago sold 3 then sold surfs ever after , dont realy understand what your trying to say ? last friday i sold a surf to this woman ` the next day i drove 40 miles just to put the truck in revers bicause this woman went down a hill and by mistake jumped the truck out of gear she was adament that i sold her a lemon canot get revers shouting down the phone at me `hold on i say i am on me way`got ther and put the truck in revers no problem dredfully sorry she says no problem and off i went 40 miles back ` thats me thats the way i am , sold one today and now got to go down south because may have sticking thermstat` first problem in over a hundred surfs must admit am worrid but if i cant sort it ther going to get money back and whatever wil make them happy` my problem is somtimes i dont realise people can get offendid easy because i like free speech and the two dont always go together ` whatever i say ther ar some that will find fault ` some think exactly like i do but dont like to say so ` aniway am wafaling on arnt i but at the end of the day i never set out to offend or hurt anyone the end

chillit, you got a point mate but it realy dosant afect me becaus my reputation is so good by real peeps that realy buy my trucks , the truth is mate it all comes down to plain money and the best deal they can get ` most have never heard of this forum and couldent care if i was a monkey selling them the car so long as they got what they want and wher happy but i do my best at all times ` and all those surfs and not one complaint but one reason why am not to botherd is that i like many others may be packing them in` prices in japan ar higher than ever because of the ussr and unrealistic sales prices here i realy think its the end for the surf `i hope not but most importers i know including myself ar just importing other stuff now ` one realy big firm i used to deal with wont bring any more over but lets just wait and see if the winter weather brings beter sales ` i have bean doing a bomb in black ones as most dealers canot get them` so when i canot get anymore of them thats it for me i think but i genuinly hope not they have bean my living for a good many years now and i love them

dont worry it did sink in was just trying to be smart because i dont agree with you my point is come on ` i think its time some peeps took a lighter view on postings its only a bit of banter it in my opinion it was just a bit sarcastic at the most no need to start crying about it anyway some bugger must have made one of them little voodoo dolls of me! no major problems for over two years then bang two dead surfs in one wk , but really give me a break, when did a bit of sarcastic wit ever hurt anyone? I like to think most blokes would just laugh about it and take it in their stride, i do or i wouldn't last two minutes in my job.

HeHe look for people on here who have got model surfs and have been to haiti lately , strange people on this site
