  • Meeting of Irish Surfers

    Right Lads,

What do ye think of trying to organise a meet up for the Irish section of YotaSurf? We have a good few people on here so if we try, we should be able to get a weekend that we can all meet.

So lets see what we can do........

Yeah! We really have to get up off our fat asses and do something.
Maybe we should go offroading with Munster 4x4 or something!

Yea, I did try to get some info from one of the places Delboy mentioned before, way back on the old forum some months ago, emailed them, finally got a reply to phone a mobile number, tried it a few times but no answer and kinda left it at that.
We definatly should try to get together for a play in the mud !!

Think I'll be there with ya Jim, all I've done is some gentle tootling along about 10miles of Green lane in the UK a few years ago, hardly experienced, but not afraid to try

Ah! Two years of following Moxy trucks down a newly stripped motorway, trying desperately to avoid their 1m deep tracks. Failing a couple of times and getting pulled out by a dozer, spending 3 days cleaning all the mud from underneath. Ah!, its all coming back now! Changed my mind, i think i'll stay at home!

                      The Irish contingent

                      Hi guys
Can you wave at me mother if you go past the Minella in Clonmel- she's the dithery one in a dark 96 Fiesta who drives like she's on space dust.On second thoughts, get out of the way, THEN wave!! she'll be phoning me up saying "someone waved at me today in a car like yours - who was it?" (Yeh, I know). She can usually be spotted pottering down to Waterford or Kilkenny or at art exhibitions and NEVER before lunchtime.
You might have more luck waving at me bruv in his jet black Lupo (looks like a pushers car) up in Maynooth/Finglas - long haired layabout about 6'4" and skinny - why did I get the weight problem when the rest of my lot look like coathangers.............

                      LOL
