This is nothing, really not a big deal. What should concern you is the profileration of cameras that track you everywhere, photograph you, check you out using facial recognition software, biometric passports, RFID passports, ID cards, cameras that monitor your behaviour patterns. All those people who want your name and address when they have no real need for it,or in fact no need at all. You should worry that every move you make on the net is tracked and logged, your emails are scanned, your forum posts are looked at. Your telephone calls " monitored" all in the name of security.
You have no privacy. You have less freedoms every day and if you beleive its OK because youve nothing to hide and done nothing wrong, that is a real shame in my opinion. If its been a long time since you read 1984, read it again. I think you,ll be surprised.
