for those lucky enough not to know, constructive dismissal is when an employer hasnt got the gumption or the honesty or the reason to sack someone or make them redundant, they set about making you position untenable. by fair means or foul, they make it impossible for you to do your job. so you tell them to perform a physical impossibility with their job and walk away, saving them redundancy payments, or tricky questions aabout unfair dismissal. trouble is consructive dismissal is illegal and you can have em for compensation. ah, halcyon days...
