Some hoody wearing toe rag broke onto my new surf last night.

The one time I forgot to remove my PDA Sat Nav. Smashed drivers door glass and had it away on their toes. Not best pleased.

So my old surf has kindly donated the glass. Shame the new one is tinted. Looks odd now.

Anyway. The resurrectrion begins. I'm moving my old '92 to Tonka1's house tomorrow, ready for its new engine and other bits...she will return......!

The '89 (Dunno's old truck) has now had the 2" body lift fitted, the same ones as I'm selling ( see mods section ) and a 2" suspension lift. Looks a bit saggy at the rear as its parked on a hill, is stuffed full of tools, and has a dirty great trailer on it, but it sits level normally.

She's not for breaking, its to be made into a proper full time double hard offroader and I like my tea when offroading!

Not cleaned her yet. But I will.

Also fitted the widebody front bumper and nudgebars off my '92. Looks good apart from the little arch extensions on the bumper ends.

'LTP' in clinic

Well Dan, spent four and half hours on the old girl after you left and that was mainly with the jet washer. The rad is out and now clean, not the block of solid mud it was berfore. Engine bay is as clean is it will ever be until we find a steam cleaner or shot blaster. Turbo or what is left is out(all the smoke was the direct oil feed to the combustion chamber).

Was going to get the belts off today but Debs mentioned "car widow!!" again so might play it cool for now.(pic's to follow)
