The Snoop-De-Ville doesn't feel too good at the moment. I picked up some friends from the airport last night and it had a terrible stuttering - like a misfire or fuel delivery problem (maybe that's what it is). It changes slightly with the revs and has a particular bad spot at about 2200. It notices less under acceleration too.
It definately feels like something to do with the engine rather then a wobble from the steering or a bearing or something. It was doing it very slightly before but then seemed to disappear but now it is definately there and worse then it was before.
TonyN - you gave me a list of things to check before but then I immediately left for Brazil so did not get a chance to do all of them. Since, we have had the oil changed and rear drums adjusted and cleaned out. One of the tests you recommended - I tried pulling the handbrake on slightly last night but this did not seem to affect the stutter.
Does anyone have any ideas what it might be? I intend to check the fuel filter to see if this is clogged maybe but suggestions very welcome please...
