Every morning I hear this beep-beep noise that I have heard every working day since I got that alarm clock and still wonder, "WTF is that," for at least a minute?
In the morning I can't find my socks, wallet, train ticket.......
An hour later I am on the train and that is when I notice I have odd socks on and my tie clashes with my shirt.

The most severe effects of sleep inertia generally dissipated within the first 10 minutes, although its effects were often detectable for up to two hours, they added.
