Is the surf, being one of the larger vehicles on UK roads, somewhat dwarfed on US soil by Rams, Yukons etc? I can imagine them having a bit less presence by comparrisson!

Hi to answer you question on how many Surf,s or 4Runners there are over in Florida at least 4 out of 10 are Toyota if not more. Here is what we hired for 3weeks. They do them in a "V8" as well

I'm in Houston at the moment - loads of tiny 4runners, yes they get totally dwarfed by every other 4x4 here! Still wondering why the US 4runners automatically get roof bars built in but ours don't? Still haven't managed to get one as a hire car yet...

I don't get a choice unfortunately as it is a company rental... This weeks is particularly nasty - a horrible gold something or other sedan with bench seats. It's so horrible infact I've been bumming lifts all week rather then be seen it!!!!
