You want me to bring me gear up over the BBQ weekend .It wont take long to sort out the rad and do all the checks. Also have you put a new boiler in or new gas fire?? If not then you wont need any sort of certificate. If you have i can check over the installation for you.

We inherited a half finished new heating system, with a new (unplumbed in) combi boiler in the kitchen that needs the gas connection hooked up.
