                    i'm in town sometime next week so may pop round (he'll go out now!!)...


                    i haven't got a jack, do you think i could just roll surf onto a mattress to access the underside?

                          101 days actual work time so far (just spread over 9 months). Thats about 3 1/2 months to totally gut and refurb a 3 bed house. I have to think about it that way so I dont go MAD (der)

                          However you are more than welcome to come round at weekends and help. I would supply BEER!

                            why not have a surf meet in stevenage! theres loads of builds type people on here who could do with getting in your good books! and it would be really funny to see all them surfs parked up and down the street. ..

                              lounge fire fitted,
                              lounge decorated,
                              rad in bedroom replumbed,
                              kitchen tiled,
                              dining laminate floor fitted,
                              kitchen painted,
                              bathroom cupboard built
                              carpet throughout
                              front wood behind gutter stripped and repainted - window frames rubbed down and painted
                              Shed door and window fitted,
                              greenhouse windows repaired.
                              patio lifted and relaid
                              bent and damaged downpipe fixed,

                                well im not corgi registered, and i cant lay carpets, any volenteers? if we get their house finished tony might get 1 of his projects runing!
