Or do as we do and have a dog crate in the back. Keeps the dog in one place, stops ours eating the shopping and stops him from joining us in the front!! Oh yes, it also solves the problem of him jumping out when the tailgate opens - not that he would you understand, what with him being so well trained!!! (yeah right!!)

nah, had to cut a bit off the end... the 4 ft width no probs... takes about 6ft4" but i have my seat far back
