    hope this one helps...

NB: you do not need to cut the rad outlet to gearbox pipe at all, I had to to investigate and cos it was stuck on leave it be and add in the other pipes

the piping i used was 3/8" bore cos thats what Jotto told me to buy and I did. Hardest bit was getting correct fittings as they were some weird German thread.

oh right good man - let us know how it goes, i have taken mine out for the mo'.
There are some clips you can buy called 'super hose clamps' which look really good but i decided as its fairly low pressure i'd use julbilee's.

two things.. if the jubilee clips have 'terry' on them just think of the viz character..
and wynns stockists hire out a thing called a TRANSERVE 2 PLUS which draws out the old fluid and pumps in the new. havent tried it, but it sounds like a good plan..

changed the pipe for 10mm, now my surf is continent again..having removed the cylinder jobbie with the site glass from in front of the radiator,(any one want it?) there is a sensor on the pipe marked 'on 12 off 15' is this the switch for the fans? can i wire this to a switch for those awkward moments? or is enough enough with that dirty great rad on it?
hair grips???? i dont have any hair!!
