  • Macmillan 4x4 challenge--CHARITY

As some of you already know a few of the guys on here are giving up their own time to do the Macmillan 4x4 challenge.
All monies raised go to a good cause, entry fee etc are paid for by the entrants.

If anyone wishes to sponsor any of the those taking part in this challenge and don't want to decide which to sponsor so one ends up getting more than another then how about the following.

Pay via pay pal to toyota@hiluxsurf.co.uk and I will split all monies donated between the three of them, all donations will not be discussed to any one else so no matter how small or big I will not disclose them to anyone.

To start the ball rolling and seeing as they are sporting the logo for the web site I will donate £50.00, so come on folks get donating.

Please ensure all donations are maked DONATION.

If the guys taking part want to add some more details please post them up.

Brilliant idea Koi, thanks very much.
I've already collared a few of the Northern forum members, who have pledged about £50 between them, so thanks to them. As far as I know, I'm the only entrant from the Manchester area. The event is on the 5th and 6th March, and my wife Anita is co-driver, so if any member is a good divorce lawyer, I'll probably need you on 7th March! LOL.
Thanks for all the support, keep it coming.

        Cheers for that Nigel
Along with the Vagrants and The "Gee" team, I'm entering this year with my mate Rob Siddall
He's a L/R fanatic and has had to special therapy to get over the fact that he will have to spend 24 hours in a (reliable) Toyota!! Some of the Northern members have met him before.
We are going under the dubious handle of "TEAM RS"
        Thanks for the support!!

Yes you could send cheques or postal orders, payable to ????????? & post to the PO box number on the subsription thread.

Steve, Jon someone I assume the cheques could be made payable directly to the charity??

Just had a pm from Rusty asking me to put a Gift Aid form up for all you people who are going to send us money.
If you could print it off and fill it in and then send it with your donation this will enable Macmillan to claim an extra 28p for every £1 you donate.

                  Thank you

We start in Hereford and finish at Warrington. The route is done in stages and untill we get to the end of each stage we don't know where the next one will take us.

Come on people lets have a bit more money in the sponsorship pot very dissapointed with the lack of donations at the moment. It is for a very good cause
