    i just bought a 93 kzt130 5speed. the plate says it has the R151F transmission. it looks like it has the VF1A transfercase. I want to install a dual RF1A set-up. will the RF1A bolt up to the R151F??

    92, surf, ln130, 3" body, 4" suspension, richmond lockers front and rear, and all the other refinements.

    i can not seem to get the 4x4 to engage.
    there is vacume where it is to be.
    there is power to where it should be.

    I wonder if there is such a way, that the 4wd computer can be bypassed, to engage the transfer rod?

    Being new to 'Real' 4x4's, I'm not exactly sure what is economically feasable, would I be right in saying, that the original hilux transfer case mechanism, was entirely mechanical?
